Sachet filling is one of the many bespoke services offered by ReAgent, a well established chemical company with over 30 years in the chemical sachet industry. ReAgent can offer very flexible manufacturing facilities. We are experienced sachet fillers and sachet packers for powders and granules, including hazardous chemical sachets. Using customer-supplied materials and customer-supplied labels, where required, we are pleased to offer the additional advantage of delivering direct to the end user, if preferred. Our sachet filling and sachet packing facilities allow us to custom-pack your product to exact specifications and requirements.

However, we don’t just supply large organisations and are happy to quote for smaller batch runs for your sachet filling requirements. For example, we offer a sachet filling service for runs of less than 100 sachets to over 5,000 sachets, in addition to orders for bulk sachet filling. We work closely with all our customers to ensure that the sachet filling service they receive from ReAgent surpasses their expectations. We are able to pack to very fine tolerances using our sachet filling line. We issue all incoming customer-supplied materials with a unique batch number and we are able to offer full traceability from goods coming in to goods going out, in accordance with our Quality Management System. This process helps to protect the integrity of the product and avoids any potential cross contamination.
In addition to sachet filling, ReAgent offers services for sachets liquids, sachets supplies, bulk sachets and chemical sachets, being able to custom blend, custom pack and custom mix a wide range of products. At ReAgent, we take Health and Safety very seriously and comply with all current legislation. As a well-established sachet supplier, ReAgent ensures that all sachet filling and sachet packing products are labelled, packed and dispatched in accordance with CHiP, whilst CLP and GHS Regulations are adhered to. Our drivers are ADR trained and we only use carriers whose drivers also hold the necessary ADR qualifications.
Staff at ReAgent are fully trained in safe working practices and are familiar with LEAN Manufacturing techniques. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is issued to and worn by all staff, as appropriate to the job they are working on. This might include safety footwear, approved eye protection, safety clothing and safety gloves. Our bespoke fume extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards also help to ensure the safety of our staff, whilst full face masks and respirators are available as necessary.
